TULSA, Oklahoma (Friday, July 5th, 2019) – Tulsa Roughnecks FC are traveling to Portland, Oregon to take on Portland Timbers 2 in USL Championship Western Conference play. Kickoff from Providence Park is set for 9:30 P.M. CST (Saturday, July 6th, 2019) and will be streamed live on ESPN+.

Saturday’s USL Championship match will be the second time these to sides will meet this season, having drawn 1-1 in Tulsa.

Tulsa Roughnecks FC come into the match at 16th place in the Western Conference, but only five points off a playoff position. Portland Timbers 2 sit in 4th in the Western Conference, eight points off of first place.

Portland Timbers 2 enter the match on a two match losing streak and winning one in the past five. The side sits in 2nd place in goals for the season scoring 35 in 17 matches. Portland has recorded two clean sheets on the year, the most recent being against Orange County in Week 15.

Tulsa Roughnecks FC are looking to pick up points on the road again, as they have four times this season. Tulsa has recently signed midfielder Calvin Rezende from El Paso Locomotive FC. Rezende will be looking to make an instant impact in the first match since he signed with Tulsa Roughnecks FC.
