MATCH PREVIEW
Wednesday, August 23
Saint Louis FC vs. TULSA ROUGHNECKS FC
Toyota Stadium – St. Louis, MO – Kickoff at 7:00 p.m. CDT

The Tulsa Roughnecks FC will make the trip up Interstate 44 for a rematch with Saint Louis FC on Wednesday, August 23.  Kickoff at Toyota Stadium in St. Louis is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. CDT.

The match will mark the second meeting of the season between the two sides.  On August 12, the Roughnecks used a first-half strike from Jorge Corrales and a second-half goal from Joey Calistri to record a 2-1 victory at ONEOK Field.

All-time, the Roughnecks are 2-3-1 against STLFC, but they have never won a regular season away match against STLFC.

Tulsa comes into the game after recording a 0-0 draw last week in Orange County to open a stretch of six straight matches away from ONEOK Field.  The draw extended a streak of only one loss in the last eight matches for the Roughnecks.  TRRF has recorded a 5-1-2 record since the beginning of July.

Saint Louis also comes into the match in good form, posting a 3-3-1 mark in its last seven outings.

Both teams are in the hunt for USL playoff spots.  The Roughnecks currently occupy sixth place in the USL Western Conference, while STLFC is in 12th spot in the East, but only five points out of the eighth position with two games in hand on three of the teams directly in front of it.

The Roustabouts have scheduled a Watch Party for the match at Empire Bar located at 1516 S. Peoria Avenue in Tulsa.  The Watch Party is open to all fans ages 21 and over.

The game can also be viewed live on YouTube through the USL Match Center.  Fans can go to YouTube and search for USL Match Center in order to find the broadcasts.

CAFFA AND KIMURA MISSING
The Roughnecks are expected to again be without the services of Juan Pablo Caffa and Kosuke Kimura.  Both continue to recover from leg injuries.

ANOTHER CLEAN SHEET FOR CERDA
Goalkeeper Fabian Cerda collected his sixth clean sheet of the season in last week’s scoreless draw at Orange County.  The six individual shutouts are a new franchise record as are the seven total shutouts recorded by the Roughnecks this season.
